This Gym Membership Agreement(hereinafter referred to as “AUFIT Studio” is made and shall be  effective as of {start_date}

Terms and Conditions 

The following terms and conditions shall define and govern the relevant aspects of this Agreement: 

1) Member Access 

This agreement entitles the member to access AUFIT Studio, during normal business operational hours, as long as all dues are paid in advance to the gym.  

2) Membership Fees:  $25 per month + taxes 

3)  One-Time Enrollment Fee: $27

4) Termination

The member may terminate this agreement with a written notice to AUFIT Studio. Upon the termination of this agreement, the member shall immediately return to AUFIT Studio any card or material issued to the member. The AUFIT Studio may charge the member a fee of $20 for any card or material issued to the member that is not returned within 5 days of the date of termination

5) Membership Freeze

Members experiencing any type of hardship may speak with a manager to freeze membership. Members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days. (Once per year)

6) Assumption of Risk and Potential Liability 

The member acknowledges and agrees that there are risks involved with any fitness and physical activity, the use of exercise equipment, and participation in an exercise program, and such risks may include the risk of serious bodily injury or death.

By signing this agreement, the member knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of liability, loss, illness, death, or injury caused or arising out of any use of the facility or the participation in any activities by the member.

7) Lost Goods 

AUFIT Studio takes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods. Lost and found goods not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity or thrown away. 

  8) Damages 

The member shall pay for any damages that occur to the equipment or premises of the Gym, which result from the poor conduct of the member 

9)Rules and Responsibilities

➢The member shall abide by all the safety guidelines and regulations as set forth by the gym while using the facilities or equipment of the service.

➢Consumption of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or similar addictive substances must be strictly prohibited at the fitness facility provided by the gym.

➢Breaking into fights that involve physical injury shall not be permitted at any cost and must result in either suspension or termination of membership

➢Photography and or/videography of other people without their consent/permission is prohibited and is not allowed in the gym.

➢Members must respect each other in all circumstances.

➢Member should wipe down all equipment after each use and re-rack weights after use.

➢ Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the fitness area unless otherwise accompanied by an adult member
